Role & Responsibilities

I began at Maersk as a Visual designer and then grew to a Senior UX/UI Designer working on full project live cycle. The work does not stop after launch, it’s keeping up with user feedback and interaction and presenting findings to continue improving products.

Visuals & Infographics

Assisted other teams with their presentation images and videos for presenting concepts to leadership.

Infographics are not just great for presenting flows and understanding complexities to others, but also helps me understand the full scope of the project.

Shipment Details

This page is one of the most highly trafficked page for users at all parts of the logistic journey. It allows the user to know the timely tasks, documents, tracking and all details about their shipment.

Increased CSAT score from 45% to 80% after launch and increased free time revenue by 15%, with the addition of upselling solutions.

This project helps the customer at the Import part of their logistic journey. Maersk requires the customs documents and know who will be picking up the shipment at the final destination port.

When launched the CSAT went from 75% to 90% satisfaction for 4 quarters after launch.

Allocations

Shippers and freight forwarders needed to be able to view their cargo space on Maersk.com, instead of receiving the classic excel sheet in an email.

This graph solution was very well received by these users and the CSAT is always between 80-90% satisfaction.
