Role & Responsibilities

I began my journey at Maersk as a Visual Designer and grew into a Senior UX/UI Designer, leading products from discovery through launch and beyond. By combining user feedback, research, and data-driven insights, I continuously refined experiences to improve usability, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

Visuals & Infographics

Assisted other teams with their presentation images and videos for presenting concepts to leadership.

Infographics are not just great for presenting flows and understanding complexities to others, but also helps me understand the full scope of the project.

Projects

Shipment Details

Shipment Management is one of the most highly trafficked products on Maersk.com, supporting customers across the entire logistics journey with shipment tracking, documentation, task management, and operational visibility. By simplifying complex workflows and introducing strategic upsell opportunities, the redesign increased CSAT from 45% to 80% and drove a 15% increase in free time revenue.

This project helps the customer at the Import part of their logistic journey. Maersk requires the customs documents and know who will be picking up the shipment at the final destination port.

When launched the CSAT went from 75% to 90% satisfaction for 4 quarters after launch.

Allocations

Shippers and freight forwarders needed to be able to view their cargo space on Maersk.com, instead of receiving the classic excel sheet in an email.

This graph solution was very well received by these users and the CSAT is always between 80-90% satisfaction.
